Forms for applying to the Commission on Ministry are now online. | Posted 1/7/2008
The forms and documents needed to come under care of the Regional Commission on Ministry are now online and can be downloaded. (Click on Resources.)
They are the application form, the biographical form, Guidelines and Procedures, Sexual Misconduct Policy and the Ministerial Code of Ethics. After you have filled in the application and biographical forms, send them to Christian Church in Tennessee, 50 Vantage Way, Ste. 251, Nashville, TN 37228.
