How To Register

  1. Fill out the Registration Form -- get all required signatures. Click here to download Registration Form from Resources page.
  2. Mail Registration Form and payment to the Regional Center ASAP. No faxes. Hand delivered registrations will be considered after forms postmarked by the postmarked deadline. Please note: We are committed to providing a safe and appropriately staffed camping experience for every camper. To this end -- NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  3. Each camper will receive a confirmation notice and the Bethany Hills Covenant when all paper work has been received. Sign the Covenant and bring to camp with you!
  4. Drop-off for each camp is 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Pick-up is 11:00 a.m. Please be prompt!
